Terms and Conditions - 2024 Entry

(Taught Programmes)

When you are offered a place on an undergraduate or postgraduate taught course delivered at the University you will be notified of the terms and conditions between the University and students on our taught programmes of study.

When you accept an offer of a place on a programme at the University, a contract is formed between you and the University on the basis of the terms and conditions outlined in your offer letter.

These terms and conditions are also available below for 2021, 2022 and 2023 entry (Taught Programmes).

Your offer letter and the terms and conditions contain important information which you should read carefully before accepting any offer.

On the day you accept an offer from the University the contract will be formed and a 14-day cooling-off period will begin.

Updates to your Contract with the University – September 2023 (New and returning taught students)

As outlined within the terms and conditions of entry to Queen’s University Belfast which were issued to applicants after they were made an offer, the University committed to informing students directly of any significant changes to the regulations and policies that form part of their contract with the University.

The changes also apply to students continuing on their programmes of study.
