It is expected that all posters will be on display during the whole conference on poster boards located at the back of the Whitla Hall (the main conference venue). This will allow easy access to the posters during coffee breaks, and in particular, during two designated 2-hour poster sessions, (16:00 - 18:00 on Tuesday 19 July and Thursday 21 July 2011).

One square poster board 120 cm 120 cm (i.e., approximately 4' 4') will be allocated to each poster. In practice this means that posters up to A0 size can be displayed in either portrait or landscape mode. Adhesive VELCRO®-type patches will be provided for mounting the posters.

Posters may be presented only if the corresponding abstract has been accepted and if at least one of the authors has registered for the conference. A few post-deadline posters may be considered subject to space availability. Each poster included in the programme has been assigned a unique code defining where it is to be displayed (see the conference Book of Abstracts).

The Atomic and Molecular Interactions Group of the Institute of Physics (IoP) has sponsored the Best Student Poster prize, to be awarded at the conference.
