WOMEN MEMBERS OF IRISH CITY AND BOROUGH COUNCILS

This page lists women members of Ireland's five city and six borough councils, and gives a gender breakdown of each council from the last election in 1999. Galway City council enjoys the bets gender balance while Waterford's voters returned the smallest percentage of women city councillors. Table 2 . The Observatory also has information on women county councillors from the Republic of Ireland, and Northern Ireland's women city and borough councils.
