The Centre for Migration Studies is periodically involved in the publication of material relating to the study of the Irish worldwide.

The museum shop at the Ulster American Folk Park sells a wide selection of publications including a number of migration related publications.

Migration in Irish History, 1607-2007 (Palgrave Macmillan) has been written by two members of the CMS staff, Dr Patrick Fitzgerald and Dr Brian Lambkin and was published in October 2008.
