The Canada Prize
This annual prize of £350 is awarded for the best essay on any aspect of Canadian Studies submitted by a QUB postgraduate or undergraduate student. Essays must be: word processed; not less than 4,000 words, nor more than 6,000 words long; and include a bibliography. They may be in either of the two official languages of Canada. The winner is announced at the annual QUB Canadian Studies Conference and the recipient is required to give a short (10-15 minute) presentation on her or his research to the delegates.
