Expressing and Using Intended Learning Outcomes

As part of its guest speaker series, CELT ran a workshop on Expressing and Using Intended Learning Outcomes on Thursday, 26 May. This workshop was presented by Professor Phil Race. The workshop was well attended with 37 staff taking part from Schools across the University. Participants on the workshop were given the opportunity to look at how best to put learning outcomes to work for students, so that they can use them as targets, and structure their learning so that they can in due course demonstrate their achievement of them in assessed tasks and exams.
