Starting from September 15 2011, visa applications for Schengen and National visas submitted in all Polish Consulates must be previously electronically registered on the website:
|Validity remaining on Passport||At least 3 months longer than the visa applied for.|
|Other Passport requirements||At least two blank pages for the visa sticker. Passport should also have been issued within the last 10 years.|
|Student Visa validity||At least 3 months longer than the visa applied for.|
However, you must apply in person unless the Embassy is more than 200 miles from where you live. Applications can also be submitted by family members.

|Bank Statements||P||Recent, showing name and address, and sufficient funds to support yourself for the duration of your stay.|
|Evidence of return tickets|
|Evidence of Hotel booking||P||Confirmed booking of accommodation for the duration of your stay in Poland.|
|Travel/medical Insurance||P||Minimum cover of €30,000.|
|Visa fee:||€60 (£52, subject to exchange rates).|
