The Estates Service Quality Commitment (SQC) sets out the standard services available from the Estates Directorate with regards to cleaning, together with additional services and charges. The SQC, which has been developed following a consultative process involving representatives from Schools and Directorates, is designed to provide greater transparency in respect of all Estates services and charges.
