Quality Control and Complaints
Daily audit and manual inspections are carried out throughout University buildings. These are processed using the latest technology, to produce management reports and benchmarking standards to ensure that quality targets are achieved.
Staff are actively encouraged to notify cleaning staff if they find any areas not up to standard: this can be done using the Cleaning helpline, ext 5152, and remedial action will be taken. All complaints are tracked and progress monitored, with details included in a monthly report to the Director of Estates.
Routine matters may also reported directly to the Cleaning Supervisor responsible for your area. However, should any issues remain unresolved, you can contact the Cleaning Manager, Keith Halliday on ext 1110 or email@example.com.
