  • Application form - Please contact the Pensions Department for an opting in form.  You will be required to complete a medical declaration. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions your entitlement to ill-health retirement cover may be restricted.

  • Member's Wishes - This relates to the lump sum death in service payment. It is used to guide the trustees as to who you would like to receive the lump sum payment.

  • Query Form - If you have a query regarding your membership details, such as needing a retirement quote.

  • AVC Enquiry - Please contact the Pensions Department.
  • Transfer in enquiry - If you have previous pension benefits and would like to enquire about transferring these benefits to RBP.
