If items being produced are to contain the Queen’s corporate logo, or involve the University’s brand in any way, they must be purchased via the University’s appointed print management supplier (CDS Print & Repro Centre). If, however, this is not the case, and where – as in most cases (such as posters or flyers) – the requirement for a high quality publication is not an issue, then the club can use a supplier of its choice.
