Booking through low cost carriers, such as Easyjet, Ryanair and FlyBe, is permitted, however, should the club require the assistance of a travel agent or travel management company, contact the Purchasing Office (purchasing@qub.ac.uk / tele: 9097 3026) for advice.
Travel by Sea
Booking with the service provider is permitted, however, should the club require the assistance of an agent or travel management company, contact the Purchasing Office.
Rail Travel
Rail travel should be booked with the service provider where possible.
