Access Problems
- When I try to access the system I get a "Novell Netware" error message.
Make sure you have the right password and that your Novell Username is in lower case.
If you are certain that you have typed in the correct Username and Password (remember this is the logon password to your NETWORK, not Qfis) then there may be a problem with your Network.
In the first instance contact Network Support on Extn 3065 / 3061 who will be able to advise.
