Access Problems

  • When I click on the Qfis icon and enter my details I get a message "Login Failed".

This is usually the result of a typing error. Check that you have entered your details correctly and in lowercase.

When you get a 'Login Failed' message it is easier to just click 'Cancel'. This is because your Client 'QF' is added automatically, you won't have to re-type it when you try again.

Once you have clicked on 'Cancel' you will be returned to the Qfis icon -  - double click it again and re-enter your details.
