FP7 Travel Grants
Aim: The aim of the Travel Support is to facilitate participation in the 7th EU Framework Programme (FP7).
Eligibility: Applications can be made by researchers at Queen’s University Belfast. The scheme covers all fields eligible for funding in FP7.
Eligible costs include least-cost travel expenses and potential meeting organisation costs as per institutional guidelines. Researchers will need to apply for each trip individually.
Funding covers visits by QUB researchers abroad to meet potential partners or attendance at EU information days/ workshops relating to FP7. The maximum requested funding shall not exceed £1,000.
Funds will only be transferred on the provision of final receipts and a one-page report on the outcomes of the meeting will be required. Applicants should note that 1) overheads, 2) sabbaticals, 3) conferences fees and 4) course work fees are not covered by this programme.

All applications should be submitted in advance of travel and on this application form.
