Human Resources is one of the nine central support directorates with responsibility for providing professional advice, support and guidance across the University to assist in the attainment of key strategic priorities and corporate goals.

Human Resources Strategy 2011-16

Senate has approved a new Human Resources Strategy for the period 2011-16.  The Strategy, fully aligned with the new Corporate Plan, details the objectives and key actions which will be undertaken during this period.  The objectives aligned to the four main Human Resources functions, each have a defined timescale for completion.  A copy of the Human Resources Strategy is available at: Human Resources Strategy 2011-16
