Queen’s is a leader in equality initiatives. We hold twelve SWAN departmental awards - two gold, eight silver and two bronze. The University was also the first in the UK to receive an institutional Silver Award, one of only nine others in the UK to do so.

CIPD Health and Wellbeing
SUPPORTING HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Queen's was announced a winner in May 2015 at the CIPD NI Health and Wellbeing category in recognition of its commitment to supporting employee health and wellbeing through Staff Wellbeing initiatives such as the '£ for lb' weight loss challenge, Wellbeing Training courses, the Internal Staff Mediation Service and the Team Pedometer Challenge.
