The School of Biological Sciences has achieved the first Gold award for the University. This means Queen's becomes one of only three institutions in the UK to hold a departmental Gold award.
In addition the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences has achieved a Silver award, confirming Queen's position in the UK as the University with the most departmental silver awards.
