The Personnel Department holds a bank of Job Summaries for all grades and categories of staff across the University. Below are the Job Summary Templates for Academic, Clerical, Technical and Operational posts. If you require a job summary template for a post not listed below, please contact the Personnel Officer designated for your area in the first instance.
If it is agreed that a new Job Summary is needed, a new Job Summary Form must be completed together with a New Post Grading Form.
