* Rewarding Performance
The University is committed to rewarding staff whose performance is considered to be at an outstanding level, over and above the level normally required. The reward may be given for an exceptional (sustained or one-off) performance or contribution that furthers the aims and objectives of the School, Directorate or University.
Below are details of the schemes available. It should be noted that these schemes operate on a yearly basis.
