In moving forward to realise the corporate objectives and Plan 345, Queen’s is committed to providing a range of initiatives and resources through which we can support our leaders/managers in their leadership and management development.  As part of the University’s Human Resources strategy, the Staff Training and Development Unit (STDU) have been setting out the context of leadership and management within the University in terms of defining effective management & leadership behaviours and have incorporated these into a Queen’s Management & Leadership Framework.  The framework, an evolving process, is underpinned by a range of development programmes.
