Your induction at Queen’s consists of a number of elements:
Your Line Manager/Head of Area will ensure that an effective induction will be arranged to suit your role. This may involve support and guidance from colleagues to help you understand your role and make sure you have the necessary resources, understanding and information to settle in.
WELCOME AND ORIENTATION EVENTS
These sessions complement induction at local level. They are designed to introduce new staff to colleagues, information and support services relevant to the early stages of working at Queen’s. You will receive an invitation to the most appropriate event for your role. These events are also available by visiting Queen’s Online.
ADDITIONAL LEARNING FOR INDUCTION
