IT Help Desk |
The IT Help Desk is located on the ground floor of the McClay Library and provides computing support to staff and research postgraduates of the University. It is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday through Friday. You may contact the IT Help Desk as follows:-
A voicemail facility is available on the IT Help Desk phone. This will record calls when the IT Help Desk is unattended, or if the adviser is dealing with another query. |
| The Shop |
The Shop is located on the ground floor of the McClay Library. Here staff and students may purchase computer consumables, software and specialist output (e.g. colour plotter output). The Shop is open from 8:30am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm (4:30pm Friday), Monday through Friday. The Shop may be contacted by telephone on extension 6193 (from outside the University on 028 9097 6193). |
