Facilities & Services Systems
Within QOL a number of applications have been developed to enable staff to conduct business within the various business units of the University. Some of these are read only such as room booking & timetabling information and look ups to the staff telephone book. Others are applications for users to maintain core information in the university databases. i.e. estates property system, buildings fault reporting system, maintenance of the University’s equipment inventory etc.
In addition, applications have been developed for staff to apply for parking permits, report faults to the IT help desk etc.
