QFIS

This is a major commercial (Agresso) Finance managed system which enables the University to conduct its Financial affairs facilities with QFIS include:

- Account receivables
- Accounts payable
- Management Accounting
- Bank Reconciliation
- Treasury Management

A QOLweb interface has been developed to allow account holders to view information.

QOL access (view only) - Access available to nominated staff on request from adm.support@qub.ac.uk. 

Purchasing Office

This in an application developed for the purchasing office which distributes data in relation to the use of University credit cards/purchase cards.  Transactions are loaded via a database.  Relevant staff have access through QOL and they can print their own statements for reconciliation purposes.

Inventory

This is a database system developed by Information Services staff that enables Inventory Liaison Officers to maintain inventory records for all relevant equipment purchased by the University.
