Qfis is the University’s corporate financial information system.  It aids:

• the control of funds and assets
• the management of all financial and business transactions
• the reporting to budget holders & senior management

Our Role

Administrative Support staff (Finance) work closely with the Finance Department (Purchasing, Payments, Income, Research, FIS, Planning, Management & Financial Accounts) together with other Academic & Administration departments to develop & deliver effective & efficient systems & services.

Accessing the service

Users must be authorised by their Head of School / Department & the Finance Office and have access to an approved PC.

Qfis helpdesk available Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Qfis system available Mon. to Fri. 8.00am to 9.00pm with the exception of Wednesday evenings when the service closes at 6.00pm for backup.
