Information Services are pleased to announce the launch of sitehelpdesk our new enhanced IT support software solution, which will make it easier for your IT queries to be resolved.

Sitehelpdesk (shd) is a web based IT service desk which enables all Queens customers to log requests for IT assistance via multiple entry points including an intranet portal (self-service), the customer may then track the call, receive updates on the call progress and be notified when the call is resolved.  It will subsume all other Information Services help/service desks to become the single point of contact for all IT issues in IS. The product is ITIL compliant.
