The Computer Helpdesk respond to computer-related queries and provide support on a wide range of equipment and software, such as Windows, Office etc.
Some systems e.g. Macs are supported on a best endeavour basis.
Helpdesk staff will make every effort to resolve your query immediately but some problems may need further investigation and/or a visit to your office or it may be referred to another member of staff with more expertise in the field.
Note: Staff and Postgraduate students from Schools/Departments are asked to contact their own Computing Officer in the first instance. Undergraduate students should direct their queries to the Computer Assistant in the Student Computer Areas. All staff/students should visit the Computer Helpdesk to resolve password problems.
