Accessing the Service


Complete the following:

Choose the IT equipment you require on the Purchasing Office's Contracts and Buying webpage. 

Depending on the IT equipment you have chosen, view an up-to-date list of suppliers, specifications and price lists.

Consult with the Computer Helpdesk, your School Computing Officer or a knowledgeable colleague to ensure that you are making the correct purchase.

When you have made your final decision, complete a Purchase Order Requisition form (available from the Finance/Purchasing website) and return it to your School/Directorate office for processing.
