Switchboard

Telephone Switchboard: Telephone switchboard operators are available to handle calls and deal with general telecoms enquiries:- Monday to Thursday, 8:45am until 5:15pm and Friday, 8.45 to 5pm. To contact the switchboard dial 0 from your extension.

 

 

Desktop phones

Desktop Phones: If you have any enquiries about a desktop phone please email the switchboard - switchboard@qub.ac.uk. Typical enquiries would include

     - New extension
     - Move extension
     - Voicemail
     - Faults

Mobile Phones

Mobile Devices: For University business purposes some members of staff are provided with mobile devices

- phones
- smart phones
- tablets

Please check with your line manager about eligibility. Authorisation is required by the budget holder paying for the service. For advice and information please email telecoms@qub.ac.uk.
