Nokia E5

Step-by-step instructions on getting your Queen's Email set-up, are provided for your Nokia E5 mobile.  Note: These instructions are still being finalised, so if you have worked through the instructions (trying all options), but are still not able to connect to your Queen's email account, contact the Computer Helpdesk for advice.

  • On the main screen, scroll to and select the item 'Set up email'
  • Then select 'Start' at the bottom of the screen
  • Scroll down to the item 'Mail for Exchange' and then use the 'Select' item at the bottom of the screen

 
Note:
Depending on how your account is currently setup, try either Option 1 and/or Option 2 to find out which settings apply to you and your Windows phone:

Email Address: student01@qub.ac.uk
Server Address: owa.qub.ac.uk
Domain: ads
Username: student number
Password: same as your Queen’s Online password
Email Address: student01@qub.ac.uk
Server Address: m.outlook.com
Domain: leave blank
Username: student number@ads.qub.ac.uk
Password: same as your Queen’s Online password

  • Enter your email address, password, staff number and a server name (try option 1 first)
  • Hit 'Select' and this will complete the set up of your account

Your Windows phone should be connected to your Queen's email account.  If not, try option 2 and then contact the Computer Helpdesk for advice.
