Information Services supports staff and students using Queen's wireless in a number of ways.  

Click on the links on the right of this page to access step-by-step flyers/manuals, which will help you get wireless (and/or Queen's email) set up on your Windows laptop, Mac and a selection of popular mobile phone devices.  There is also a link to useful online videos.

The Computer Helpdesk team are also available to provide support.  You can bring your Windows laptop/Mac (and/or mobile phone) to the Computer Helpdesk.  From past experiences, in most cases problems can only be resolved when the device is in front of the Helpdesk staff.  Important Note: You should recognise that some Windows laptops/Macs can cause difficulties, and it may be necessary to perform such tasks as downloading new drivers and, particularly with older systems, to suggest the replacement of the wireless network card.
