Network Services
Information Services provides a number of network services to members of the University located on the premises of the University and, by agreement, on the premises of other organisations.
Advice and support is provided in a number of key network services such as, how to connect to the Queen's network (IP address), finding your Ethernet address (MAC address), reporting a fault, and how to use the wireless network and get remote access. Additional network information is also available.
Note: All of the continuously available electronic network services are scheduled to be available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
