Information Services maintains and contributes to a range of Telephone Services:
- Telephone Switchboard (8.45am - 5.15pm)
- Voice Mail
- Phones for business
Regarding requests for the provision or alteration of service or equipment contact telephones@qub.ac.uk or ext. 6345.
Information Services has created two online telephone directories. The information is updated on a daily basis. The initial information is entered by Personnel. However, it is the responsibility of the Telephone Liason Officer in each unit to make any changes to phone numbers and/or locations in these directories. Editing a name or unit can only be done by Personnel.

Mobile Phones/PDAs
Step-by-step instructions for connecting a selection of mobile devices to the Queen's Wireless Network and Queen's Email are available on the Mobile Phones/PDAs web pages. If your device uses an operating system such as the Palm OS or that used by Sony Ericsson phones, please contact the IT Helpdesk in the first instance.
