Some students are losing a 5p deposit every time they use the photocopier because they remove their card from the reader too soon.

When you use this photocopier, a 5p deposit is deducted in advance from your card balance.   This deposit is refunded to you when your photocopying is complete, but you must leave your card in the card reader for this refund to happen.    

When you are finished photocopying, press the OK key on the card reader and WAIT for the machine to BLEEP before removing your card.
