Mobile Phones/PDAs
Information Services has produced step by step instructions on getting Smartphones (mobile phones with Internet, email capabilities etc) and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs - also known as Palmtop Computers or Pocket PCs) connected to the Queen's Wireless Network and Queen's Email.
At present, instructions are only available for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, as well as Windows Mobile devices (connect to email), Android 2.1 and above devices and the Blackberry device. However instructions for additonal mobile devices will be available over time.
Information Services is keen to know about other mobile devices which are popular with staff/students - so please email scs@qub.ac.uk with your mobile make/model and depending on demand, additional instructions will be produced.
