Visitor Registration Form
To apply for a Visitor's Pass please complete the form below and click "Submit Form". Please allow one week for processing.
The Library will contact you by email to let you know if your application has been successful. You should then collect your Visitor's Pass from the Reception Desk in the McClay Library.
On your initial visit you will be required to provide proof of your identity and your address, and pay a £5.00 administrative charge. (The administrative fee will be waived for visitors who have been referred under terms of the 'INSPIRE' Scheme).
The pass will be valid for one month from the date of approval.
It is non-renewable and non-transferable.
Note: Registration is currently restricted to those wishing to visit the library within the next month.
