Library Membership
Current staff and students of Queen's University are automatically members of the Library. Please bring your staff or student card with you if you wish to access any of the Queen's Library sites.
Membership of the Library is also possible under the following arrangements:
The following categories of people may also apply for a Queen's Library card: Honorary Graduates, members of Senate and retired members of staff. Please follow the instructions contained in the relevant application form.
Recognised Teachers (recognised by the Validation Committee) and honorary or visiting teaching and research staff who have a letter of appointment from the University and wish to obtain a card for library borrowing should contact the Academic Affairs Office, Queen's Administation Building (Level 6). Tel: 028 9097 3006 (general no). Teaching Assistants should contact their Faculty Administrator.
Please note that non-members need to apply in advance if they wish to use the McClay Library at Queen's. Further information can be found on the Access to the McClay Library pages.
