The McClay Library
The McClay Library brings together wide-ranging library, computing and media services in a single location, blending the best features of a traditional library with the latest technology.
Study facilities include both places for quiet study and significant provision for group work, allowing students to follow their own individual learning style. Training provided by Information Services is also based in the building.
The library's extensive book and journal collections support teaching and research in the arts and humanities, science and engineering, the social sciences and law.
The McClay Library is situated in College Park, at the top of Botanic Avenue.

Standard term time opening
All floors of the library are open as follows:
| Monday - Thursday | 8.00am - 10.00pm |
| Friday | 8.00am - 8.30pm |
| Saturday | 10.00am - 5.30pm |
| Sunday | 12.00 noon - 5.30pm |
The ground floor of The McClay Library stays open until 2.00am throughout the week during term time.
