Borrower Services Desk
Staff at the centrally located Borrower Services Desk can help Queen’s staff, students and other borrowers get the best from the various lending and request services available.
They can help you request books from other libraries for example, or explain how you can reserve a book on loan. Outstanding fines can be settled and queries answered relating to your library account.
Books borrowed from the main collections can be borrowed or returned at the desk, or you might like to make use of the self-service issue points available on all floors of the library. Wireless laptops are also available for loan.
