KTP and Business Networks

The InterTrade Ireland FUSION Graduate Programme is an all-island programme which enables knowledge and technology transfer between business and academia to support innovation and increase capability. FUSION develops and facilitates three-way cross-border partnerships and projects between companies, graduates and third level institutions.

The academic and industrial partners jointly devise and manage a 12 or 18 month programme to achieve the advances the company needs. This programme of work is carried out in the company by a graduate and the resulting relationship can be very challenging and rewarding to all parties.

FUSION offers opportunities in a wide range of disciplines including engineering, business and management, IT, pharmacy and medicine and design.
