QUB success at regional KTP Awards event!
At an event held on Thursday 20 September to celebrate regional KTP success, a Queen's partnership between Lisburn-based engineering company Seven Technologies Ltd and the Northern Ireland Technology Centre at QUB, was named NI's regional award winner for 2012. This successful KTP will now represent the region at the national KTP awards in 2013. A full press release can be read here.
In addition to this award, two QUB KTP Associates were announced as winners of prestigious Business Leader of Tomorrow awards. The two Associates are David Sandford, whose KTP is with Hughes Insurance working in partnership with the School of Mathematics and Physics, and David Quinn, whose KTP was with Macrete Ireland Ltd and the School of Planning, Architecture and Civil Engineering.
