Dr. Mary Flynn
Mary Flynn has watched the birth of knowledge transfer at Queen’s and has helped it grow and prosper. With a PhD in chemical engineering from the University, she worked in industry for some years. She returned to Queen’s in 1994, initially to grow the number of business collaborations through KTP. Since then there have been partnerships with 350 mostly local companies and academics across all faculties of the University, and 100 projects with companies in ROI through the FUSION programme. More recently her role has expanded to include Business Networks and she now leads the KTP & Business Networks Team.
