Tom Edgar
Leading the Consultancy team, Tom has expanded his sphere of influence and experience. His background is as a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Information Systems Professional, working abroad for several major companies before joining Queen’s and becoming Director of the Northern Ireland Technology Centre.
Tom has also acted as a technical advisor to a range of regional, national and EU bodies from the Department of Trade and Industry, through to Enterprise Ireland and the European Commission. His knowledge and experience of successfully providing consultancy services in engineering are now being implemented across the wider university environment.
