The Business Alliance team exists to provide support to Queen's research staff in establishing and developing collaborative relationships with non-academic partners. A key aspect of this is helping research partnerships access collaborative funding to support their work.

What we do:
- support staff in contacting non-academic partners relevant to their research
- work with staff and partners on scoping and agreeing collaborative workplans
- advise staff on collaborative funding opportunities relevant to their work
- assist in the preparation, submission and management of collaborative funding bids
- develop programmes to increase the contact between Queen's researchers and external partners
- provide internal funding sources to assist staff in establishing new collaborations
