EU Application Support
Please keep in mind that the preparation of a good quality application takes at least 6 months. For “bottom down” calls (with topic constraints), we will post draft work programmes on our Documents page a few months before their official publication.
To apply for EU grants and get support from us, we suggest the following steps:

To contact the EU Research Manager with information about yourself, your project idea and targeted call (if known);

The EU Research Manager will propose a meeting to discuss relevant EU opportunities and how well your project idea fits the EU objectives;

After confirmation of your application plans, we will send you any relevant information (events, news, etc…). We will also plan the review of your draft versions;

In parallel you should contact your appointed Research Support Officer to arrange your project costing. To find out who to contact, please click here.
Meeting your partners is highly recommended to maximise the potential for a successful application. Our EU Travel Grant can provide support for your travel and subsistence expenses.
