Research Professional

Research Professional Logo

Research Professional is an online database of research funding opportunities and a source of research policy and news from around the world. Queen's subscribes to this service, giving free access to all staff and students. The database can be searched for funding opportunities or news items by discipline, recent calls, sponsors, or even upcoming deadlines.

When accessing the site from within the university, you will be taken straight to the home page, however in order to access the service off campus or to save any work you must be registered and logged in. An individual account will allow you to;

  • Save key searches and bookmarks
  • Create an email alert - these can be based around your saved searches, informing you each Friday of any new funding opportunities
  • Create an opportunities calendar
