Student Supervision Information
Student supervision information is synchronised nightly from QSIS. This information cannot be edited or changed in Pure.
The students are current and former supervised PGR PhD students and MPhil students.
The following information is synchronised:
From the Student Program/Plan page in QSIS (Records and Enrolment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan) we get the following fields:
• Student Name,
• Student Type (academic career)
• Mode (academic load)
• Attendance Status (status)
• Student Id
• Start date (first effective date that the student was involved with the School)
• End date (last effective date that the student was involved with the School, including program change, withdrawal or date of completion row in the stack)
From the Student Degrees page in QSIS (Records and Enrolment > Graduation > Student Degrees):
• Award date (confer date) – only available for those people who have graduated
From the Student Advisor page in QSIS: (Records and Enrolment > Student Background Information > Student Advisor)
• Supervised by person (academic advisor with an advisor role of principal, secondary or tertiary supervisor)
• Lead supervision (when the advisor role is principal supervisor)
• Supervision start date (first effective date of the supervision)
• Supervision end date (effective date when the supervisor is no longer active, or the end date for the student if the student has completed)
