Who can see my content on Pure and in Advanced Portal (Research Gateway) web pages?
You can restrict the visibility of some types of content in Pure and the Research Portal by changing the visibility settings for each of your individual Pure records.
To change the visibility settings on one of your records, click on the relevant title of a research output, activity or project. Following this, a ‘Metadata page’ of your record will appear on the screen. A visibility drop down box is present at the bottom of each ‘metadata’ page which provides the opportunity to change the settings as appropriate.
Please click 'Save' after you make any changes
Different levels of visibility can be selected for different types of records in Pure, as identified below.
