Why are some of my personal details incorrect in Pure?
Personal information such as job titles, employment start and end dates are brought into Pure from the HR database and any amendments need to be made at source.
Please email Puresupport@qub.ac.uk if your job title is displayed incorrectly.
Please note that Pure synchronises with the HR database on a daily basis, changes to the HR database can take up to 24 hours to be reflected in Pure.
